What will I Get Paid To do?
There are a couple of different types of GPT websites:
Get Paid To Sign Up:
Get Paid To Sign Up websites are also known as Do It Yourself or DIY websites. DIY websites pay you to sign up for offers. Offers can be free trials, trying new products, or surveys. You will also earn money by referring your friends and family to sign up using your referral link. These websites are said to be the most profitable. I have also seen this to be true in my time with GPT's.
Get Paid To Take Surveys:
Get Paid to Take Survey websites send their members email notifications of surveys that they are eligible for. The member then followa a link within the email to take the surveys and are then rewarded for their participation. Rewards usually include cash or points which can be redeems for gift cards, cash and/or merchadise. It can be hard to find reputable Survey websites. There are many that falsely claim to be reputable. If you're interested in signing up for these websites - I recommend you start by using those listed in the Links page. I have only listed Survey oriented GPT's there of which I have been paid by.
Get Paid To Post:
The newer form of GPT's is theGet Paid to Post! These websites are actually forums of which will pay you to be an active member. They reward you for starting conversation threads, replying to discussions and referring your friends and family to do the same. Many find these to be even more entertaining then they are profitable. Free money is free money...why not add some entertainment, too!?
Get Paid To Read Emails:
Get Paid to Read websites will send advertiser emails to your inbox for you to read. There is alink within each advertiser email of which you click to earn points and/or cash. Points are traded in for gift cards. These websites are great because they are so effortless...and while you won't see your earnings sky-rocket - they will add up! Check out the Links page for some great GPTR websites!
Get Paid To Play:
Get Paid to Play websites offer online games of which you can play to win points and/or cash. Points can be traded in for gift cards and other gifts. Again - Get Paid to Play websites are very entertaining. Playing for actual cash and prizes adds some challenge and compeition to it! Many will tell you these websites are enjoyably addictive.
Get Paid To Surf/Search:
These websites will reward you with cash, points, and prizes for searching and surfing the internet using their site. Many suggest using these in place of google or your other search engines to increase your earnings and/or chance of winning!
How will the GPT site pay me?
Each GPT site offers varied payment methods, but you will find payments are most commonly offered in the form of Check, PayPal payment, Money Order, Gift Card and/or Merchadise/Electronics. When you register at any site, you'll be given the option to choose your preferred payment method. Most websites will also allow you to change your preferred payment method at any time.
When will the GPT site pay me?
Every GPT site varies as far as when. You can count on a minimum of monthly payments from any of the DIY websites. With websites where you redeem points for gift cards, checks, prizes - you can expect a 2-4 week wait period once you have placed your redemption request. You can find the payment times specific to each site in it home page and or FAQ page.
What if it's a scam?
It's hard to imagine that making money could be this easy. Often our first instinct is to assume these websites are going to cheat us. I recommend only signing up for websites that you know others use and have been paid by. Joining recommended, reputable websites is very important. Never join a site you don't see recommended. All websites listed here on Want Some Moola are legitimate GPT websites. I only list websites that have paid me and I know to be reliable.
Don’t I have to spend a little to make a little at the DIY websites?
No you really don't. You can do very well just by completing free offers and inviting friends and family to join under you. If you want to significantly increase your earnings then you definitely want to start doing the offers that will require a little bit of an "investment." For example... you sign up with blockbuster.com and pay $10 but the GPT awards you $40... you've profited $30. You might pay shipping and handling of $3 for product trial, but receive $25 payout from the GPT - a $22 profit. So while you can still make a very good amount sticking to the free offers - taking on the paid offers will really boost those earnings!
